Self-Evaluation & Transition Plan

The Town of Eastham has retained KMA, LLC to assist in the development of an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Self-Evaluation & Transition Plan (SETP). The Town is making progress in ensuring its facilities, programs and services are accessible. This Self-Evaluation & Transition Plan will assist the Town in its ongoing effort to ensure equitable access for all its citizens. The draft plans can be accessed at the following links:

The Town will accept public comments through May 16, 2022. Written comments may delivered via mail, in person at the Eastham Town Hall or by email to plagg@eastham-ma.gov

A presentation and opportunity for additional public comments will be held on May 16, 2022 at 5:30 PM at the Eastham Town Hall as part of the Eastham Select Board meeting.
