Community Preservation Act Committee
The Community Preservation Committee shall study the needs, possibilities and resources of the Town regarding community preservation. The committee shall consult with existing municipal boards, including the conservation commission, the historical commission, the planning board, the department of public works, and the housing authority, or persons acting in those capacities or performing like duties, in conducting such studies.

Strategic Planning Committee
The Strategic Planning Committee works with Town staff to develop an effective approach to planning for and prioritizing the Town's future service levels and needs while identifying the resources required to meet those needs.

T-Time Development Committee
The T-Time Development Committee works with Town staff to develop recommendations for the use of the former T-Time site (4790 State Highway) and identify any resources or partnerships that may assist the Town in best utilizing this parcel of land.

Task Force on Zoning & Regulation
The Task Force shall examine issues relating to homes and housing toward the goal of presenting any necessary and suggested residential zoning or regulatory changes to the Select Board for consideration.

Taxation Aid Committee
The Taxation Aid Committee is charged with adopting procedures to carry out the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 60, Section 3D, the Elderly and Disabled Taxation Fund, and identifying the recipients of such aid for the purpose of defraying the real estate taxes of elderly and disabled persons of low income.

The Visitors Service Board shall recommend to the annual town meeting, programs and projects that enhance the beautification, recreational resources, public safety promotional and marketing activities, events, services, and public improvements which are of clear mutual interest to the residents and visitors of the town of Eastham.
