We are aware of an issue with the 2nd Half Real Estate Bills. We discovered, after the file was sent to our printer, and after the bills had been printed, that an important bridge from our Assessing system had not updated Ownership / Address changes as of September 2021. This is simply an issue on the printed bills only – the Assessing system and our collection system have been successfully updated. We are rectifying the situation by sending new bills to NEW OWNERS or CHANGED ADDRESSES only. If your bill had a titling change, but was sent to the correct address, it was not re-printed.
