Business Certificates

Out of an abundance of caution, the Town Hall is closed to the public until further notice.  We will have limited staff on hand to answer phone calls, return messages, and/or respond to emails. The aim of this action is to limit potential exposure of staff and residents to the COVID-19 virus.

1)  If you are renewing your Eastham business license, complete the application form linked below, sign and return with the $50 renewal fee.   At this time, we will update your information in our database. 

2)  If you have a new business, follow the procedure above and also include the New Business form. 

When the town hall is open to the public, we will ask you appear before us to resign your application.

  • Any person conducting a business in the Town of Eastham under any title other than the real name of the person is required to obtain a business certificate.
  • The fee is $50.00 for a two-year certificate.
  • Applications can be obtained by:
    • appearing in person at the Town Clerk’s office; the owner(s) must sign the application in person
    • downloading application from this site; owner signature(s) must be signed in the presence of a notary public
