The Eastham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday January 9th, 2018, at 6PM at the Earle Mountain Room, Eastham Town Hall, 2500 State Highway, pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Ch. 131, Section 40 (Wetlands Protection Act) and the Town of Eastham Wetlands Protection By-Law, Article 34, 1980, in order to consider the following:

 

Request for Amended Order of Conditions DEP SE 19-1677.  Applicant proposing cutting eleven red cedars to create a pond for Eastern box turtles and promote growth of surrounding trees and understory at property located at 560 Dyer Prince Road, Map 19 Parcel 43E.

 

Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by Peter Possel.  Applicant proposes clearing trees and brush to establish a driveway and utilities access to rear of lot at property located at 390 Locust Road, Map 11 Parcel 60B.

 

Continuation for a Request for Amended Order of Conditions filed by Gail Bedoukian for DEP 19-1564.  Applicant proposes a driveway and wall extension, sand stabilization, and improvement to beach access at property located at 18 Horton Way, Map 7 Parcel 93A.

 

Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by the Town of Eastham. Applicant proposes storm water and coastal flooding improvements to Cranberry Road and Cole Road beach parking area at property located at 43 Cranberry Lane, Map 13, Parcel 031.
