The Eastham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 12th, 2017, at 6PM at the Earle Mountain Room, Eastham Town Hall, 2500 State Highway, pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Ch. 131, Section 40 (Wetlands Protection Act) and the Town of Eastham Wetlands Protection By-Law, Article 34, 1980, in order to consider the following:
Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by Drexier-Dreis Investments LLC. Applicant proposes construction of single family home, pervious driveway, and associated site improvements at property located at 1 Sibley Way, Map 18 Parcel 51I.
Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by Linda Ravesi. Applicant proposes removing, and reconstructing deck with mitigation at property located at 125 and 155 McKoy Road, Maps 8 Parcel 295B, and Map 11, Parcel 359B.
