A TAXPAYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR NOTIFYING THE ASSESSOR’S OFFICE OF A CHANGE IN MAILING ADDRESS. IF A BILL IS NOT RECEIVED, THE TAXPAYER REMAINS RESPONSIBLE FOR ITS PAYMENT AND ANY INTEREST AND/OR LATE CHARGES (MGL CH 60 §3).
