Meeting Room Facility Reservation

Eastham Town SealThe Town of Eastham allows certain use of meeting rooms for various group use to assist organizations supporting the Town. Reservation requests must be made in advance and are NOT guaranteed.
*Town staff may fill out form using "General" or "N/A" for their regular Town use.

The Town of Eastham Building Use

Requests for use of Town Building rooms is reviewed by Town Administrator and cannot be appealed. However, at her discretion, she may bring any pressing issue to the attention of the Board of Selectmen. 

To Request a Room Reservation

  1. Read the Required Terms Town-Owned Buildings Room Use Policy below. You will be required to sign that you have read and understand these terms. 
  2. Check additional Fees Chart and Optional Setup Request documents below if applicable. 
  3. Visit our Facilities page for room options and to check potential calendar availability.
  4. Complete the Request a Reservation Form located on the facility page of your choice.
  5. Await email of Approval/Denial of request.
