A Message From Chief Bohannon
I want to thank you for your interest in the Eastham Police Department. I consider it an honor and privilege to lead the group of professionals that make up this department. These men and women make it their mission every day to provide the highest possible level of police services to the Eastham Community, and I consider them the best at what they do.
The members of your police department are chosen based on their strong morals and ethics and a demonstrated desire to make a positive difference. We currently have a staff of seventeen full-time police officers, three reserve police officers, five dispatchers, and one regional animal control officer. I welcome any comments you may have about your interactions with our staff.
Ongoing high-level training and community-based policing are top priorities of the Eastham Police Department. Your Eastham Police Officers are at their best when they are highly trained and deeply entrenched within the Eastham Community. We continually look for new training opportunities and ways to positively interact with community members of all backgrounds and ages.
The various sections of this website offer a look into the different services that the Eastham Police Department offers. As you look through our website, please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions, comments, or suggestions. I also welcome community members to stop by the Eastham Police Department to say hello and learn more about our facility, functions, and staff.
Respectfully,
Adam E. Bohannon
