Members Present: John Lennox, Kathryn Sette, Roger Thurston, William Nugent, Donald Intonti , Alternate for Robert Bylaska
Staff Present: Mary Elizabeth Burgess, Town Planner and Frank DeFelice, Building Inspector and Zoning Officer
Mr. Lennox (Chairman) called the meeting to order at 7:03 PM.
CASE Z2006-03 - JEROPE REALTY TRUST/NATHAN A. NICKERSON III, seeks a Special Permit under Eastham Zoning By-Laws Section VI-C- Non-conforming Use, to Construct a 16' X 8' addition on the south side of existing structure for property located at 3580 State Highway, Eastham, Map 11 Parcel 04.
The Applicant (Nathan A. Nickerson III) presented a letter requesting that he be allowed to withdraw without prejudice.
A MOTION was made by Ms. Sette, SECONDED by Mr. Intonti allowing the Applicant to withdraw without prejudice Appeal 2006-03.
VOTE: IN FAVOR (5) Lennox, Thurston, Intonti, Nugent and Sette
AGAINST: NONE
A MOTION was made by Ms. Sette, SECONDED by Mr. Nugent to Approve the Minutes of February 9, 2006 as written.
VOTE: IN FAVOR (4) Nugent, Thurston, Intonti and Sette
AGAINST - NONE ( Mr. Lennox not voting)
Discussion:
Planning Board Hearing on proposed By-Law Changes to be presented at the May Town Meeting.. A suggestion was made that the Zoning Board Of Appeals discuss several of these proposals and prepare a statement of position at the April ZBA meeting if the situation seems appropriate.
A MOTION was made by Ms. Sette, SECONDED by Mr. Intonti to adjourn at 7:40 PM.
