MINUTES
Members Present: Kathryn Sette-Chair, Robert Bylaska – Vice Chairman, John Lennox - Clerk, William R. Nugent, David Fleming-Alternate and Donald Intonti, Jr.-Alternate
Members Absent: Roger Thurston
Staff Present: Frank DeFelice-Building Inspector and Terry Whalen-Town Planner
Ms. Sette (Chair) called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM.
Mr. Intonti was designated as a voting member for Appeal Z#2004-19.
New Hearing – Special Permit / Variance:
Appeal Z#2004-19 - Richard Sanders/Pine Knoll Property Management, PO BOX 1347, N. Eastham, MA 02651, seeks a Special Permit under Eastham Zoning By-Laws Section V or a Variance for addition of a second story to an existing structure located at 160 Nauset Light Road, Eastham, Map 23 Parcel 028
Anthony Mordini (Builder) presented a request to add a bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Mr. Mordini also described the history of the site and that house had been moved twice in the past to its current location. The Board discussed whether or not the project needed a variance or a special permit. The Applicant’s representative requested a continuance to the next meeting.
A MOTION was made by Mr. Bylaska and SECONDED by Mr. Nugent to continue the hearing to the ZBA’s December 9, 2004 meeting. The VOTE; 5-0 IN FAVOR - Bylaska, Intonti, Lennox, Nugent, and Sette
Approval of Minutes:
A MOTION was made by Mr. Lennox and SECONDED by Mr. Bylaska, to accept the minutes of the October 14, 2004 Meeting. The VOTE; 5-0 IN FAVOR - Bylaska, Intonti, Lennox, Nugent, and Sette
