Ron Clarke (Applicant) presented an overview of the request to place a garage with an attached shed. The Board expressed concerns with the structure being so close to the lot line. The Board also indicated that other alternatives existed on the site that would not require zoning relief, in particular the septic reserve area. The Board suggested that the Applicant explore some of the alternatives mentioned and Mr. Clarke then requested a continuance to the next meeting.
