Case No. ZBA2010-04 - John & Debbie Seliga, of Eastham and David Karam, of Brewster, seek a Special Permit from the ZBA in relief of Eastham Zoning By-Laws Section VI.C (alteration to a preexisting nonconforming structure) to demolish and replace a preexisting nonconforming cottage at property located at 6 Penny Lane, Map 10 Parcel 299 (ref PB2010-11).
