2.      Case No. PB2009-17 - First Horizon Home Loans of Fairfax, VA & Robert Haney/The Terranova Group, of Greenville, SC, & Benjamin Zehnder, LLC, of Orleans, MA seek a Special Permit in relief of Eastham Zoning By-Laws Section VI.D. for the alteration of a pre-existing nonconforming use (conversion of 37 bedroom motel to a 27 bedroom, 14 unit condominium) under Town of Eastham at property located at 2470 State Hwy, Map 15 Parcel 065 (ref. PB2009-17).

3.         Case No. ZBA2010-04 - John & Debbie Seliga, of Eastham and David Karam, of Brewster, seek a Special Permit from the ZBA in relief of Eastham Zoning By-Laws Section VI.C (alteration to a preexisting nonconforming structure) to demolish and replace a preexisting nonconforming cottage at property located at 6 Penny Lane, Map 10 Parcel 299 (ref PB2010-11).
