III. APPEAL No. Z2008-12 - EASTHAM LIBRARY BUILDING COMMITTEE seeks relief from Town of Eastham Zoning Bylaws Section III for special permit or variance for property located at 160 Samoset Road, Map 15 Parcel 036A. The proposed project exceeds height limits by 6.5 feet.
