The next meeting of the WRAB will take place on Monday, November 1, 2004 at 3:00 PM in the Police Station Conference Room. As I will be unable to attend this meeting owing to an unavoidable conflict, Marcel Boelitz will chair this session. He and I have discussed the agenda and agreed that it will be as follows. One item to be discussed will be Sheila Vanderhoef's suggestion that we explore the possibility of having the Board of Health declare areas of Eastham with high nitrate levels to be environmentally sensitive and subject to stricter than normal wastewater treatment standards. The idea would be to glean the nitrate data
we have collected to identify such areas.
