Owing to an oversight, our meeting tomorrow was not posted with the Town Clerk as required by law. We were also told that our past practice under such circumstances of holding a "Discussion" Meeting is not permissible. Hence, we have no choice but to CANCEL THE MEETING ON TUESDAY, JULY 11, 2006 AND RESCHEDULE IT ON TUESDAY, JULY 25, 2006 AT 2:00 PM IN THE POLICE STATION CONFERENCE ROOM. The agenda for this meeting, a copy of which is appended for your convenience, will be the same as for the cancelled meeting. The rescheduled WRAB – WWMPC meeting will take place on Tuesday, July 25, 2006 at 2:00 PM in the Police Station Conference Room. PLEASE NOTE THE NEW MEETING TIME – UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED, MEETINGS WILL HENCEFORTH TAKE PLACE EVERY SECOND TUESDAY OF THE MONTH AT 2:00 PM.
Since the various projects have not been reviewed since May, this meeting will be devoted to discussing them. There have been developments in most of these activities. We also need to get organized for Windmill Weekend which will take place on September 9 and 10 this year. The agenda for the meeting will be as follows.
