Options for Tax Payment


1. Electronic Payment via  EBill
        The Town of Eastham offers onlinInvoiceCloud/ ]MCC eBill.  Payments may be made via ACH (electronic checking) or by Credit Card.  There is a fee for this service.

What are the costs?
ACH (ELECTRONIC TRANSFER): Pay Eastham directly from your Checking or Savings Account.  Each bill paid is considered a separate transaction and a service charge of $0.25 per bill will be processed separately for each payment. If you have a special account you plan to use, make sure you take these charges into consideration.
CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS: We accept MasterCard®, Discover®, American Express® and VISA®*. If you are using a Debit Card, it will be treated as a credit card payment and will have the same charges associated with credit card payments.  * VISA is available for Tax Payments only.  The convenience fee for using a credit card is approximately 3% of the payment, except for payments under $100 where the convenience fee will range from approximately 1 to 4 dollars.* * Prices are subject to change without prior notice
A Payment Calculator is located at the bottom of the Registration page.  You do not need to register to use the Payment Calculator simply click the Signup link, select  Eastham as your biller and  scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Show Payment Calculator”.  Select your Payment Type and enter the amount of your payment to Calculate the Fee.

2. In Person at Town Hall:
        Treasurer/Collector's Office
        You can pay any tax bill with cash, check, or money order at the Treasurer/Collector's counter in Town Hall. You can also use a Credit Card to pay at the counter; however, there is an addition fee for using a Credit Card.
        Outside Lock Box
        You can pay any tax bill with a check or money order by dropping your payment in the outside drop box located in the Town Hall parking lot (just to the left of the handicap parking spaces.) NO CASH PLEASE!

3. Mail
        Of course, you can mail your check or money order tax payment to:

        An addressed envelope is included with your tax bill.
