Vested Rights and Nonconforming Structures and Uses - November 4, 2009 - Eastham Town Hall
Clarifies the difference between a nonconforming structure, lot, and use. Explains nonconforming vs. noncompliant. Familiarizes board members with issues of alterations to nonconforming structures or uses. Describes separate and common protection, and vested rights for subdivision and ANR plans.
