A quorum of regular Planning Board members was not reached so a meeting was not opened.

Introduction to the Zoning Act - October 29, 2009 - Mashpee Town Hall
Addresses the history and purposes of zoning, adoption of zoning bylaws, variances and special permits, public hearings and voting requirements and other key procedural requirements.
