Howard Sandler, Chairman called the meeting to order at 5:00 PM
CASE PB2006-17 - BRIAN & BRIANNA SEPPALA/DAVID J. SKIBA, Esq. seek Residential Site Plan Approval under Eastham Zoning By-Laws Section IX-D-2 to demolish pre-existing duplex dwelling and construct duplex dwelling resulting in site coverage over 3,000 sq. ft. for property located at 310 Higgins Road Eastham, Map-04 Parcel-428.
This Case was presented by David Skiba, Attorney.
A MOTION was made by Leslie Morse, SECONDED by Michael Cole to continue this case to the next Planning Board Meeting on October 11, 2006.
THE VOTE: IN FAVOR - UNANIMOUS
A presentation was made by the Eastham Energy Committee.
Debbie Abbott nominated Howard Sandler as Chairman and was seconded by Kevin Holland.
THE VOTE: IN FAVOR - UNANIMOUS
Debbie Abbott nominated Leslie Morse as Vice Chairman and was seconded by Michael Cole.
THE VOTE: IN FAVOR - UNANIMOUS
Kevin Holland nominated Craig Nightingale as Clerk and was seconded by Michael Cole.
THE VOTE: IN FAVOR - UNANIMOUS
A MOTION was made by MICHAEL COLE, SECONDED by DEBBIE ABBOTT to Approve the Minutes of August 9, 2006 with changes.
THE VOTE: IN FAVOR - All except Howard Sandler who did not vote.
A MOTION was made by Leslie Morse, SECONDED by Michael Cole to adjourn @6:00PM.
THE VOTE: IN FAVOR - UNANIMOUS
