OCTOBER 12, 2005
MEETING MINUTES


Members Present: Howard Sandler-Chairman, Leslie Ann Morse-Vice Chairman, Craig        Nightingale-Clerk, Debbie Abbott, Peter McDonald & Tim Klink.

Absent: Michael Cole, Frank Salomone and Kevin Holland

Staff Present: Mary Elizabeth Burgess, Town Planner

Mr. Sandler (Chairman) called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM

ANR:
CASE PB2005-25 - EDWARD LARSON, presented Application for Endorsement of Plan Believed Not to Require Approval for property located at 285 North Sunken meadow Road, Eastham , Map 05 Parcels 367A & 368.

DECISION:
A MOTION was made by Leslie Morse, SECONDED by Debbie Abbott to endorse the ANR requested by Edward Larson for property located at 285 North Sunken Meadow Road, Eastham, Map 05 Parcels 367A & 368.

VOTE:   IN FAVOR - UNANIMOUS

CASE PB#2005-26 – NANCY L. MACRIS, seeks Residential Site Plan Approval under Eastham Zoning By-Laws Section IX - D, to construct a garage/boathouse (26’ X 31’) with 2 bedrooms & a bath in the upper level resulting in Site Coverage greater than 3,000 sq. ft. for property located at 1750 Nauset Road, Eastham, Map 09 Parcel 405.

Peter McDonald stepped down for this Case.

A MOTION was made by Craig Nightingale, SECONDED by Debbie Abbott to continue this Case to November 9, 2005.  

VOTE:    IN FAVOR - UNANIMOUS


CASE PB#2005-21  - JOHN & ELLEN DEVIN/LAND CAPE , INC. seek Residential Site Plan       Approval under Eastham Zoning By-Laws Section XIV & IX-D to demolish existing house, garage, shed and foundation and construct a new residence, resulting in Site Coverage Ratio greater than 15% for property located at 35 West Road, Eastham, Map 04 Parcel 533.

Timothy Klink and Peter McDonald stepped down for this Case.  
 Kevin Holland arrived for this hearing.

Janet Roach spoke in opposition of this project.
Karen Anton  spoke in opposition of this project.
Roger Anton also spoke in opposition of this project.

A MOTION was made by Leslie Morse, SECONDED by Kevin Holland to continue this case to November 9, 2005.

VOTE:   IN FAVOR: (4) Holland, Morse, Abbott and Nightingale
               AGAINST: (1) Sandler

Ken Taber  presented a proposed plan to enlarge the Hole-In-One and Fairway Restaurant kithen.

Dawn Chalmers and Gail Magliozzi presented a proposed plan for residential addition for 5645 State Highway, Eastham.

A MOTION was made by Leslie Morse and SECONDED by Craig Nightingale  to approve the Minutes of September 14, 2005.  
       
 VOTE;  IN FAVOR - UNANIMOUS

  MOTION TO ADJOURN AT 8:00 PM was made by Leslie Morse, SECONDED by Craig Nightingale                             VOTE 7-0 UNANIMOUS
