I.          Opening Statements.

II.    CASE NO. PB2008- 24  McKENLEY, ROBERT and LINDA seek residential site plan
       approval to raise the existing dwelling, install a new foundation, finish the basement, and
        renovate the first floor in violation of intensity regulations Town of Eastham Zoning
        Bylaws Section IX.D.2. on the property located at 20 West Road, Map 04 Parcel 482.

III.   Minutes.

IV.     Any other business that may legally come before the Board.   

HARRIS FAMILY TRUST, CARL W. HARRIS, JR., TRUSTEE (Planning Board Case #PB2008-19)
seeks endorsement for a definitive subdivision plan on property located at 600 Dyer Prince Road,
Map 19 Parcel 043A.
