        PLANNING BOARD
        WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 8, 2008 - 5:00 PM


I.      Opening Statements.

II.     CASE #PB2008-19 - Definitive Subdivision
        HARRIS FAMILY TRUST, CARL W. HARRIS, JR., TRUSTEE seeks approval for a definitive subdivision plan showing seven (7) proposed lots on property located at 600 Dyer Prince Road (Map 19 Parcel 043A). The preliminary subdivision plan was heard and approved by the Eastham Planning Board on June 11, 2008 (Case #PB2008-11).

III.    CASE  #PB2008-20 - Residential
        PATRICK and  KRISTEN  MCCUTCHEON seeks residential site plan approval in relief of the intensity regulations as stated in the Town of Eastham Zoning By-Laws Section IX.D.1. to add a second floor over a portion of the one-story dwelling on property located at 123 Bay Road (Map 07 Parcel 522).

IV.     CASE #PB2008-21 - Residential
        JAMES and PAM GRANGE seek residential site plan approval in relief of the intensity regulations as stated in the Town of Eastham Zoning By-Laws Section IX.D.1. for renovations and additions to include a new dormer, a farmer's porch, a finished basement and foundation work on property located at  290 Silver Springs Beach Road, (Map 04 Parcel 483-O-R).
