Town of Eastham
The Eastham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, 11 January 2011, at the Earle Mountain Room, Eastham Town Hall, 2500 State Highway, pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Ch. 131, §40 (Wetland Protection Act) and the Town of Eastham Wetlands Protection By-Law, Article 34, 1980, in order to consider the following:
6:15 P.M. Notice of Intent Filed by Neil Andres, Town of Eastham Department of Public Works. Applicant proposes the excavation of an existing 610’ long berm and 24” culvert to increase tidal flushing to the existing Sunken Meadow saltmarsh at property located off the end of Ben’s Way and Barrowhouse Road, Map 1, Parcels 15A & 73.
6:30 P.M. Notice of Intent filed by Jeanne Morello. Applicant proposes nourishment of the Coastal Beach and to repair or replace their sand drift fence in its existing location at property located at 45 Bay View Drive, Map 13, Parcel 17.
6:45 P.M. Notice of Intent filed by Frank and Janet Bianco. Applicants propose demolition and reconstruction of a single-family dwelling within the 100’ Buffer Zone to a Coastal Bank at property located at 290 Saltworks Road, Map 04, Parcel 005A.
7:00 P.M. Continuation of Hearing on Notice of Intent filed by John J. McCarthy. Applicant proposes to replace an existing cesspool with a new Title V system within the 100’ Buffer Zone to the Top of the Coastal Bank at property located at 3 West Shore Dr., Map 7A, Parcel 003.
7:15 P.M. Continuation of Hearing on Request for an Amended Order of Conditions filed by the Ridley Family Trust. Applicant requests to Amend the existing Order of Conditions to include a crawl space foundation along the entire western side of the house and to revise the previously-approved limit of work at property located at 16 Sherwood Road, Map 113, Parcel 133.
7:30 P.M. Continuation of Hearing on Notice of Intent filed by Gary and Jan Ross. Applicant proposes the construction of a 12’x20’ shed; to add 50 cubic yards of sand to fill around the foundation, and to provide plantings and snow fencing for stabilization at property located at 345 Harmes Way, Map 1, Parcel 110.
7:45 P.M. Continuation of Hearing on Notice of Intent filed by George and Susan Amato. Applicant proposes an after-the-fact filing for work under and Emergency Certification on 10/19/2010 and additional work including relocating the existing dwelling and construction of two additions, deck, stairway, and elevated walkway within a Coastal Dune at property located at 95 Harmes Way, Map 1, Parcel 101.
