EASTHAM BOARD OF ASSESSORS
Minutes of November 15, 2010 Meeting
Doreen Cahill called the meeting of the Board of Assessors to order at 9:00 a.m. The Board met at multiple locations in Eastham for on-site visit.
Present: Assessors Cahill, Fagan, Alternate Assessor Avery, Deputy Assessor Gail McAleer, and Field Appraiser Belinda Clarey.
NEW BUSINESS:
The Board field reviewed multiple properties in Eastham in reference to the FY11 applications for abatement that were filed.
This also included properties in Eastham that sold between July 1, 2008 and June 30, 2010 that were used in the FY11 sales analysis and comparable to the abatement parcels.
There was no discussion regarding the abatements or votes taken.
The meeting adjourned at 11:00 a.m.
The next meeting of the Board of Assessors will be Thursday, November 18, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. at multiple locations for continued site review regarding the FY11 abatement applications.
