EASTHAM BOARD OF ASSESSORS
Minutes of January 2, 2009 Meeting
Meeting convened at 11:00 am.
Present: Assessors Sette, Avery, and Fagan, Field Appraiser Belinda Clarey, and Deputy Assessor Gail Fitzback
- The Board voted to accept the minutes of the December 16, 2008 meeting.
- Gail Fitzback gave a brief overview of the upcoming FY10 revaluation and indicated the DOR will be meeting with the town soon to discuss a timeline for the project.
- The Board signed the prepared FY09 exemptions that have been submitted and reviewed by the Assessing office to date.
- The Board signed the FY10 Chapter 61B renewal application for the Thomas Family Realty Trust. All the FY10 Chapter renewal applications are completed for this year.
- The Board voted unanimously to partially abate the real estate taxes for Southside Realty Trust c/o Robert Miller.
- The Board voted unanimously to deny the real estate abatement applications for Robert & Shelley Rappaport, and Glen Feldman.
- The meeting adjourned at 11:45 a.m.
