EASTHAM BOARD OF ASSESSORS
Minutes of September 2, 2008 Meeting
Meeting convened at 6:45 p.m.
Present: Assessors Avery, Sette, Cahill, and Fagan, Deputy Assessor Gail Fitzback, and the Board of Selectmen
- The Classification Hearing was held at 6:45 p.m. with the Board of Selectmen and the Board of Assessors.
- After review and explanation of all available options by the Board of Assessors, the Board of Selectmen voted by unanimous vote:
- The adoption of a residential factor of 1 (one) which sets a single tax rate for both residential and commercial.
- Not to grant a discount to Open Space.
- Not to grant a residential exemption.
- Not to grant a small commercial exemption.
- The Selectmen signed the LA-5 Recap form.
- The meeting of the Board of Assessors adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
