EASTHAM BOARD OF ASSESSORS
Minutes of September 15, 2008 Meeting


Meeting convened at 10:00 am.
Present:        Assessors Sette and Avery, and Deputy Assessor Gail Fitzback

  • The Board voted to accept the minutes of the August 27, 2008 meeting.
  • The Board signed the prepared FY09 exemptions that have been submitted and reviewed by the Assessing office to date.
  • The Board signed the FY10 Chapter 61B renewal applications for Atlantic Oaks Realty Trust and the Harris Family Realty Trust.
  • The Board voted unanimously to abate the personal property taxes for Clifford Delory, Raymond Damphouse Jr., and Zach Realty Trust.
  • The meeting adjourned at 10:30 a.m.
