EASTHAM BOARD OF ASSESSORS
Minutes of November 5, 2008 Meeting
Meeting convened at 2:00 pm.
Present: Assessors Sette, Avery, and Fagan, Field Appraiser Belinda Clarey, and Deputy Assessor Gail Fitzback
- The Board voted to accept the minutes of the October 22, 2008 meeting.
- The Board signed the prepared FY09 exemptions that have been submitted and reviewed by the Assessing office to date.
- The Board voted unanimously to partially abate the real estate taxes for Marion Neilsen, Robert & Carole Smith, Erika Weisshuhn Trust, Anthony Kneafsey, and John & Olive Lennox due to data correction.
- The Board voted unanimously to abate the personal property taxes for Lisa Grant.
- The Board voted unanimously to deny the real estate abatement applications for Jonathan & Helen Bruce, Gregory & Pie Winn, and Derek Reicherter.
- The Board signed the FY10 Chapter 61B renewal application for the Nauset Land Trust.
- The meeting adjourned at 4:00 p.m.
