>>If another employee's receipt page shows, follow these instructions:
While holding the Ctrl and Shift keys, press the Delete key.
Make sure Cookies is checked (other check boxes may be ignored).
Click Delete or Clear Now (key labels vary depending upon browser used).
Go back to the Online Training Program page and press the F5 key to refresh the page.
Follow the instructions on the Training page and take the quiz.
When you finish the quiz and reach the receipt page, click File, Print.
Give the printout to your supervisor.
